## 🎵 LP Vinyl Record Terms & Conditions
We take immense pride in our handling and packaging to ensure your vinyl arrives in pristine condition. Due to the high collector value and fragile nature of vinyl media, all LP sales are final. By completing your purchase, you agree to the following terms:
1. Final Sale Policy
We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations for:

Change of Mind: Including "buyer’s remorse" or duplicate purchases.

Minor Cosmetic Wear: This includes corner dings, slight seam splits, or light jacket wear that may occur during international transit or manufacturing.

Equipment-Related Issues: Playback issues (skipping, distortion) caused by low-end or improperly calibrated turntables/needles.
2. Damage & Defect Claims (Strict 3-Day Window)
In the event of a significant manufacturing defect or severe transit damage, you must contact us within 3 business days of the delivery date. No exceptions will be made outside of this window.
To be eligible for a claim, the following mandatory evidence must be provided:

Full Unboxing Video: A continuous, unedited video starting from the sealed shipping box, clearly showing the shipping label and the discovery of the defect.

Visual Evidence: High-resolution photos of the outer shipping box, the record jacket, and a video demonstrating the specific playback or warping issue.

Failure to provide a full unboxing video will result in an automatic denial of your claim.
3. Returns & Replacements
If—and only if—a return is authorized by our team:

The item must be returned in its original, factory-sealed condition (including shrink wrap and stickers).

Opened LPs are ineligible for return unless a defect is verified through your unboxing evidence.

Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for all return shipping fees unless the error was made by Music Plaza.

Unauthorized Returns: Any items sent back without prior written approval will be refused and returned at the customer’s expense.
4. Limited Edition & Special Releases
All Limited Edition, Exclusive, and Pre-Order LPs are strictly non-replaceable. Because these items are produced in limited quantities, we cannot guarantee replacement stock. In the event of a verified defect where stock is unavailable, a Store Credit may be issued at our discretion.
5. Final Reservation of Rights
Music Plaza reserves the right to deny any claim that does not strictly adhere to the requirements above. Our assessment regarding the severity of damage and eligibility for compensation is final.
