MISC order

A pre-order I placed was cancelled and refunded because of the low quantity from Korea, totally not at the fault of Music Plaza. Not only did they refund my order in full promptly, they sent me free PC’s for the trouble! I’ve NEVER gotten something for free because a pre-order was cancelled. It’s not like I had anything else in the order either, they took the time and money to send me free stuff for something that wasn’t even their fault. I’ll ALWAYS choose Music Plaza <3

There was an issue with photocards, both regular and preorder benefit, and the staff was very kind in helping set up a card exchange. I mailed them one of my duplicates and they sent the POBs that were missing and a different photocard for one of the albums. I appreciate the great customer service!!
