Magazine was delivered in a reasonable amount of time (considering transit from Korea and US mail delays due to COVID). I actually had to contact MP to get status updates because I forgot to include e-mail address when ordering item; the customer service interaction I had is the best I've encountered in a long time. So much so, I will return to Music Plaza first for any KPOP-related purchases. As for the magazine, it was packaged well. The magazine production is high quality, great photos throughout.
