Arrived on time and perfect!

I finally received my order!

I didn't realize there was a delay due to a lack of inventory to fulfill mass pre-orders (especially for the Second Born Version) on S. Korea's end.

When I emailed customer support, they responded the next day explaining the situation and offered a full refund, but I decided to wait for my order. The day after that, I received an email from them as well as a notification through Shop Pay that my order has been packaged and is being shipped.

Everything was delivered as described and in perfect condition. I'm glad I decided to wait because I love everything! Thank you, Music Plaza!

it came safely packaged and no damages! plus it arrived 5 days early which was a wonderful surprise after waiting since May!! its absolutely perfect, and i love the freebie i got!!
