BABYMONSTER 1ST FULL ALBUM [ DRIP ] JEWEL CASE VER.+POB ( US VER.)

I love these POBs so much so I had to order when I saw the restock! Everything arrived safely — the jewel cases and two Music Plaza exclusives were wrapped in bubble wrap. I received Ahyeon and Rora's POB! The jewel cases also come with an extra US Exclusive photocard, not pictured. I got Asa in both! Music Plaza was very fast in replying to my messages and shipping out quickly! I would definitely order again in the future.

l asked a purchasing agent to buy three copies of Babymonster Jewel Case US ver. on your official website. However, I only received two exclusive special cards. Why are there only two instead of three? I spent a lot more money to get it, and the purchasing agent sent a message to ask but didn't reply! I think the service is really bad I really like their products, and I spent a lot of money to buy them for no other reason. But the three books that the purchasing agent bought for me only had two cards after opening them. I was going crazy! I sent messages to Facebook and Instagram but no one responded. I was very sad. Although they sent it out quickly... I was still very disappointed, not only because I spent thousands more to ship it back, but even worse, I didn't get the special gift that belonged to me 😭

I even asked on their Facebook, Instagram, and the purchasing agent's mailbox, but there was no reply! 🥺😢, I really like that special set of cards, and I spent a few thousand dollars to ship them back. For this, I can only give one star.

The service I received at the store was fantastic. The staffs were really helpful and knew the answers to the questions we had. The exclusive Music Plaza photocards are so pretty that I wished I was able to buy them individually or by itself. I asked the staffs if this would be possible and I was told that I might be able to buy them online and i was told they might so i was thrilled for this. I will always keep checking the site for this promo.

I gave it only a 3 star due to chaos regarding their raffle/giveaway. The event was unclear. If the giveaway was smooth, I would have given this a 5 star.
