1. Final Sale Policy

We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations for:

• Change of Mind: Including "buyer’s remorse" or duplicate purchases.

• Minor Cosmetic Wear: This includes corner dings, slight seam splits, or light jacket wear that may occur during international transit or manufacturing.

• Equipment-Related Issues: Playback issues (skipping, distortion) caused by low-end or improperly calibrated turntables/needles.

2. Damage & Defect Claims (Strict 3-Day Window)

In the event of a significant manufacturing defect or severe transit damage, you must contact us within 3 business days of the delivery date. No exceptions will be made outside of this window.

To be eligible for a claim, the following mandatory evidence must be provided:

• Full Unboxing Video: A continuous, unedited video starting from the sealed shipping box, clearly showing the shipping label and the discovery of the defect.
