[Audio & Playback Notice]

• The background noise heard at the end of "R+ All Day Long" (R+ 하루종일), as well as at the beginning and end of "Watch Out!!", is an intentional artistic effect and does not indicate a defect in sound quality.

[Album Introduction]

This is the best-of album by ZE:A, one of the most multi-talented groups in the Korean entertainment industry, which launched the successful careers of stars like Im Si-wan, Park Hyung-sik, and Hwang Kwang-hee. Beyond their musical achievements, the members have been widely loved across various fields, including variety shows, movies, dramas, musicals, and radio DJing.

Serving as a gift-like summary of ZE:A's 6-year journey, the vinyl (LP) album 'Emperor of the Empire' is dedicated to the fans who shared these precious memories. It beautifully captures the group's time together, reflecting everything from their fresh, youthful debut days to their matured, present selves.

The album features a total of 12 tracks, including their iconic hits such as the debut single "Mazeltov," "All Day Long," "Here I AM," "Watch Out!!," "Aftermath," and "Breathe," as well as tracks that showcased their musical evolution, like "Step By Step" and "Never End."

[Vinyl Purchase & Care Guide]

• Product Images: The mock-up images are for illustrative purposes only. The final product may vary slightly in appearance.

• Stylus Skipping Issues: On certain entry-level or all-in-one turntables that lack adjustable tonearm counterweights, the needle may skip during tracks with high dynamic range. In most cases, this is caused by an insufficiently weighted tonearm rather than a defective disc. We kindly ask you to test the vinyl on a different turntable before requesting a return or exchange, as items found to play normally on standard setups cannot be returned.

• Color Vinyl Characteristics: Due to the manufacturing process of colored vinyl, slight variations in color, marbling, or minor spots may occur. These are natural characteristics of the production process and are not considered defects.

## 🎵 LP Vinyl Record Terms & Conditions

We take immense pride in our handling and packaging to ensure your vinyl arrives in pristine condition. Due to the high collector value and fragile nature of vinyl media, all LP sales are final. By completing your purchase, you agree to the following terms:

1. Final Sale Policy

We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations for:

• Change of Mind: Including "buyer’s remorse" or duplicate purchases.

• Minor Cosmetic Wear: This includes corner dings, slight seam splits, or light jacket wear that may occur during international transit or manufacturing.

• Equipment-Related Issues: Playback issues (skipping, distortion) caused by low-end or improperly calibrated turntables/needles.

2. Damage & Defect Claims (Strict 3-Day Window)

In the event of a significant manufacturing defect or severe transit damage, you must contact us within 3 business days of the delivery date. No exceptions will be made outside of this window.

To be eligible for a claim, the following mandatory evidence must be provided:

• Full Unboxing Video: A continuous, unedited video starting from the sealed shipping box, clearly showing the shipping label and the discovery of the defect.

• Visual Evidence: High-resolution photos of the outer shipping box, the record jacket, and a video demonstrating the specific playback or warping issue.

• Failure to provide a full unboxing video will result in an automatic denial of your claim.

3. Returns & Replacements

If—and only if—a return is authorized by our team:

• The item must be returned in its original, factory-sealed condition (including shrink wrap and stickers).

• Opened LPs are ineligible for return unless a defect is verified through your unboxing evidence.

• Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for all return shipping fees unless the error was made by Music Plaza.

• Unauthorized Returns: Any items sent back without prior written approval will be refused and returned at the customer’s expense.

4. Limited Edition & Special Releases

All Limited Edition, Exclusive, and Pre-Order LPs are strictly non-replaceable. Because these items are produced in limited quantities, we cannot guarantee replacement stock. In the event of a verified defect where stock is unavailable, a Store Credit may be issued at our discretion.

5. Final Reservation of Rights

Music Plaza reserves the right to deny any claim that does not strictly adhere to the requirements above. Our assessment regarding the severity of damage and eligibility for compensation is final.
