Do not leave the batteries inside the light stick when not in use. Doing so may result in damage to the internal battery pack.
(This item is not eligible for any refunds or exchanges unless damaged during transit. Outer box damage is not eligible for any compensation. )
Bought this light stick right before Nct’s 2023 Neocity Link Tour in Chicago and it worked perfectly with no issues!! It arrived a week or so late but was still in time for the concert so I can’t complain.
I finally have their light stick ahhh! It arrived earlier than expected and in good condition :)
It synced up well with the venue and that made the concert so fun!!! It came in good condition, i always get my stuff from music plaza!
Worked perfectly and synced without an app at the concert!
