Please note that pre-order items are typically available 10 to 15 days after the release date due to shipment transit time from overseas. Orders containing multiple items, including pre-order items, will be held until the pre-order item becomes available and shipped out together.

Do not leave the batteries inside the light stick when not in use. Doing so may result in damage to the internal battery pack.

General precautions for returns (manufacture defect): We have had many people returning fake BTS light sticks purchased from other places and we are making sure that we are getting back the item that we sold.
Once we have determined that this is our light stick, we will send you an exchange.
