Congratulations to Chuu on an amazing debut and wonderful mini album. All the songs on the mini album were great. My favorite songs were underwater and aliens but all the songs on the mini album were good. I received great customer service from music plaza. When I first pre-ordered howl there wasn't yet an option up to get both the album and the posters. I hadn't noticed till after I paid and I quickly sent music plaza a message to verify if the albums they were selling came with the first press release poster because I specifically wanted them. The day I messaged music plaza they responded to me later that evening although it was late so, I didn't see the message until the morning. They hadn't confirmed the poster with their distributor and they contacted them and corrected the pre-order immediately. That meant the version of the album I had pre-ordered was wrong and I needed to change it. I simply sent them a message to just cancel the order and once I got my refund I would just re-order the album and get the correct version with the posters. Music Plaza consistently responded to me in a timely matter and instead updated my order so I wouldn't have to cancel it and sent me a new invoice. All I had to do was pay the difference. Thank you to them for making things easier for me and providing good customer service.
Chuu's mini album released in Korea on October the 19th and my album was delivered October 26th. Pretty fast delivery for a pre-order. Everything came packaged nicely and safely. I found no errors within my albums. They came included with everything I paid for and a little extra. I bought the 2 set wind and wave version with the first press release posters and in my opinion it was well worth the money. Chuu's mini album is one of the first kpop albums I've bought so you can take my opinions with a grain of salt. What made the albums worth the money for me is all the content it came with and the good quality all her inclusions were. Again I don't have much to compare it to but in my opinion if I'm paying around $20 for each version of the same album, I want a good amount of inclusions and they should be high quality. Chuu's album delivered just that for me. Her photo book was a good size (84 pages) and all the pictures were beautiful. I don't know where she filmed her music videos but the location is very pretty. Since I have both versions I will say the outfits she wore in both photo books from what I can see are the same but, the pictures and poses definitely are different that I can assure. If that was a deciding factor I wanted to let people know. You also get two new looks that weren't included in the music video but are in the photo book.
I also have included pictures of my albums and all the inclusions. The covers for both versions were very pretty. My CD, synopsis note, and the photo book. The synopsis note is the same for each version so, you don't have to worry about missing anything in that regard. I will say it was really cool to read because it gave me a better understanding on what was going on in the howl music video. The folded poster also doubles as a lyric poster. The poster is different depending on what version you get. Also nice touch that even the lyric posters have different little photos depending on what album you get. I got a total of four photo cards two from each album and a sticker from each album. The stickers are the same for everyone. If you're able to get a first press release album it comes with the added bonus of a larger poster of the album covers. When I saw the covers for Chuu's album I loved them and knew I had to get my hands on the posters. It costs a little extra than if you just got the albums but not an outrageous price. If you really want them or just like the cover photos and would be interested in the larger posters I would say get them if you have the chance. They're really pretty in person.
My pre-order also came with some freebies from music plaza which I have included photos of. I saw from other people that music plaza always does this with their orders so I was pretty excited with my Chuu album and couldn't wait to see what I would get. Music plaza gave me some stickers from when Loona were still promoting together and also odd eye circle stickers. And to my surprise I received a Monsta X poster. I'm not in their fandom but I was happy nonetheless to get the poster and all my other freebies. In conclusion I would recommend Chuu's debut mini album if you were thinking about supporting Chuu or just wanted an album to spend money on. You get a good amount of inclusions and all the visuals are just so stunning. You can buy either version and be just fine. In all honesty there's no major difference or reason that would make me say you have to buy both versions. I bought both just because I wanted to so, just buy whatever version you think you'll like best and don't sweat it. All in all a great album and I can't wait for the next.
