Scam

I preordered this album and I did not receive the poster. Contacted customer service and they lied and said it didn't come with one. They backtracked and lied again by saying I didn't choose the listing with the poster option. There was only one listing! They then said they would ship out the poster to me. They lied again! I have not received the poster! Music Plaza is a complete scam of a company!
