Overall, I'm satisfied with my order. I love purchasing from Music Plaza. They are my favorite place to get my Kpop albums. Thank you for the cute freebies. Although, one of my standard albums arrived dented. I don't believe MP was at fault. I feel like JYP could have improved the production quality on the album to make it more sturdy and less filmsy.

I ordered the set of 2 - Ceremony and Hooray - and I’m very happy with them. They came packaged well and arrived super fast. Loved all the extras, too!

Everything was as described and arrived undamaged. So great!!!

I ordered 4 different karma albums and should have received 4 POBs in my order based on the description and my order, but I only recieved 3 POBS. Overall, still very happy with my order and I think this was a simple mix up, and it hasn't happened with any of my other orders!

Everything arrived in perfect condition! Not a single dent on the packaging.
