My order came in good condition and the packaging was fantastic!!

I got all the items, including a the bookmark, the poster with the lyrics on the back, 5 postcard pictures (one reflective, super nice) and the photocards. Nothing damaged.

I got all the items it was supposed to come with, including a reflective picture of Jo, which as a pleasant surprise. Had a little dent on one side, but it didn't damage anything inside.
