My lightstick arrived with one of the jewels broken off as did some friends of mine who also ordered this lighstick from Music Plaza, but I did talk to customer service and I was able to return the damaged one and got sent a new one which fortunately arrived undamaged because they packaged it better. I appreciate being sent a new one with better packaging, but it's unfortunate that not only my first lightstick wasn't packaged well enough that it arrived broken, but this happened to a couple of my friends too who ordered from here.

My lightstick arrived with jewels broken off. I didn't want to deal with a return so I superglued the jewels back, but I think it should have been packaged better to better protect the product.
