First of all, I love Music Plaza and I trust them to buy all my exo posters and albums. They're so great with the packaging and delivery. The reason I'm giving a 4/5 is because after I removed the poster from the tube, it was kinda wrinkled/crumpled in some places after I unrolled it. I'm a little disappointed, but it still looks okay.
