We take great care in handling and packaging all LP vinyl records to ensure they arrive in excellent condition. Due to the nature of vinyl media and collector demand, all LP vinyl record sales are final. Please review the following policy carefully before making your purchase.

1. Non-Returnable & Non-Refundable Items

All LP vinyl sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges for the following reasons:

• Buyer’s remorse or change of mind

• Minor cosmetic imperfections (e.g., corner dings, slight seam splits, light jacket wear)

• Sound quality or playback issues caused by personal equipment or handling

2. Damaged or Defective Items

If your LP arrives significantly damaged during shipping or has a verified manufacturing defect, please contact us within 3 business days of delivery.

To be eligible for review, please provide:

• An unboxing video from the start of opening the package

• Clear photos of the outer box, shipping label, and damaged areas

• A video showing the issue (for defective or warped records)

Once verified, we will determine whether a replacement or store credit will be issued.
Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

3. Return Conditions

If a return is approved, the LP must be:

• Unopened and unused

• In its original packaging, including shrink wrap, inserts, and stickers

Opened records are not eligible for return or refund unless the defect is verified by our team.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the issue was caused by our error.

4. Limited Edition & Pre-Order Vinyl

All limited edition, pre-order, or special-release LPs are strictly non-returnable and non-refundable.
Replacements will only be provided if the item arrives damaged and replacement stock is available.

5. Final Decision

We reserve the right to refuse any return that does not comply with this policy.
Our determination regarding eligibility, defect verification, and refund or replacement status is final.

*Due to high volume of orders in Korea, manufacture has informed that orders will be divided into several batches. We expect to receive all orders by the end of June. Orders made with us will be sent out in the order the orders were received as soon as we receive the batches. Thank you for your understanding.

Finally, the official XG light stick is now available! With a design reminiscent of a spaceship and featuring a trigger-type button, it can switch between seven member colors and auto color change in normal performance mode. By registering your seat via the dedicated ‘XG OFFICIAL LIGHT STICK’ app, you can enjoy the light effects and sense of unity linked to the stage through the wireless control function. The openable cockpit comes with XG parts by default and is ready for immediate use. The highly detailed packaging box resembles a toy space gun and includes a set of 'XG Trading Cards' featuring all seven members.

The light stick can be customized with the ‘XG OFFICIAL LIGHT STICK Ver.1 Custom Parts’ and ‘LIGHT STICK Custom Strap’ sold separately.

This product does not come with batteries. Alkaline AAA batteries x 3 (sold separately) are required.

Care and Safety Instructions:

• Avoid high temperatures and high humidity; store at room temperature.
• Do not look directly at the LED light up close.
• Do not disassemble the product, subject it to strong shocks, or use it in water or near fire, as this may cause product failure.
• Always use alkaline AAA batteries. Using other types (e.g., manganese batteries) may cause malfunction or improper operation.
• Replace all batteries (3 pcs) simultaneously.
• Remove the batteries when storing the product to prevent damage from battery leakage.
• Keep batteries out of reach of children and dispose of them properly.
• Ensure correct battery installation; incorrect installation may cause malfunction, fire, or burns.
• If the batteries become hot during use, remove them immediately and contact support.
• Replace batteries with new ones before each performance.
• Interference from wireless devices during performances may occur but is not a malfunction.

Battery Insertion and Replacement:

1. Turn the cap at the bottom to remove the battery socket inside.
2. Insert three AAA batteries (sold separately) into the battery socket, ensuring correct polarity (+ and -).
3. Reinsert the battery socket and turn the bottom cap to secure it. Incorrect insertion may cause malfunction.
   
   

Product Features and Use:

Power Setting: The slide button on the back has three positions:

• Up: Power ON (Initial color: WHITE)
• Middle: Power OFF
• Down: Bluetooth mode (flashes blue for seat information input)
  LED Mode Setting: In normal performance mode, each press of the mode button switches the color: WHITE → YELLOW → BLUE → PURPLE → ORANGE → RED → GREEN → AUTO COLOR.

For performances with seat control, register seats via the dedicated app.
