LP (vinyl) records are absolutely non-returnable under any condition. The condition of an LP can be affected by various factors, such as humidity, stylus pressure, and cleaning conditions etc....

[Notice Regarding LP Purchases]

※ Jacket/Components/Packaging Condition

1. Please note that minor jacket creases, corner dents, and splits, aside from clear playback issues, are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
2. Inner sleeves may split due to contact with the disc, which is also not eligible for returns or exchanges.
3. Disc labels may not be perfectly attached due to the manufacturing process.
4. Damage to the outer packaging plastic, if the product itself is not defective, is not eligible for returns or exchanges.
5. Note that Japanese LP vinyl packages are not sealed by the manufacturer and are not opened at the store or during handling of processing and packaging.
